The TINT Software

Editions

There are currently two Edition of the TINT Software: TINT Standard, and TINT Professional. The latter is only made available to Professional Account holders (see next point).

Professional Accounts

Professional Accounts are premium accounts and are chargeble, though the fee is minimal. These accounts entitle you to the current edition of TINT Professional Edition available at signup time. It does entitle you to minor version updates (e.g. Version 1.0 to 1.1) but not to major version updates (e.g. Version 1.0 to 2.0). We may provide future major versions to existing account holders either by a chargeable upgrade to their account, via a promotion or at our discretion.

We may at our discretion choose to increase or decrease the fee required to obtain a Professional account, but any change we make will not be applied retrospectively to existing account holders.

All fees taken will be in UK £ (GBP) currency, and will converted from your local currency at the current conversion rate in force at the time of signup.

You may opt to close your account at any time, but please note no refunds will be given. Refunds will only be issued if we have made a mistake when you initially signed up (e.g. payed for twice).

We may revoke your license to use TINT Professional if we discover that your licensed copy has been shared with others. All members have the ability to download their own licensed copies of the TINT Software from the Members Area therefore sharing with friends, clan members, etc is unnecessary and thus prohibited without exeption. Republication of the TINT Software on other third-party sites is expressly prohibited. No refund will be offered if your license is revoked due to breaking these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery

Delivery of the Software Product is via online delivery from the Members Area of the Project TINT Website only. Requests for copies to be provided via other means will unfortunately not be honoured.

Support

Support for the TINT software (all editions) is via the Forums and/or the Bug Tracker as appropriate. Due to the large volumes of duplicate Email requests received the authors do not offer direct Email support or any other forms of support at this time.

Support is currently only offered in English at this present time.
